One Day Wellness Adventure

  • Pick up from Queenstown or Wānaka accomodation 

  • Kayak, Raft, Bike or Hike in Mt Aspiring National Park

  • Be guided through experiences such as mindfulness, grounding, meditation, cold immersion and breathwork on your journey

  • Eat a locally grown, fresh & nutritious lunch

  • Your local guide, Steve, has a Masters in Education, Post graduate Diploma in Wellbeing, is a qualified Mindfulness facilitator and has a long list of adventure guiding qualifications
