Day 1

Inflatable Kayak/Raft, paddle the fun Hawea river, mindfulness, stress mgt

Private Sauna by the river - Hot / cold immersion

Post dinner guided meditation & journaling
Day 2

Morning routine involving Tai chi, Grounding & Mindfulness

‘Secret river’ - rafting experience in a stunning remote gorge, mindfulness & gratitude theme.
