Take on a day of rafting and tackle your stress head-on! The rafting excursion provides the perfect setting to learn about deep breathing and other stress control techniques, with guided challenges to put these strategies into practice. The day is filled with opportunities to connect with nature and others, with a focus on personal growth and relaxation. In the evening, participants will sit down with a drink and share their experiences, followed by a sleep-enhancing mindfulness exercise. With a combination of physical activity, instruction, and connection, this 24-hour reset is the perfect way to recharge and manage stress in a fun and immersive environment.
